What Nepali advertisers should verify Tax treatment for digital advertising depends on the buyer, the billing country, the account setup and the current rules. Entering a PAN or VAT number is useful for accurate business records, but it is not proof that every tax charge disappears. Nepal's Inland Revenue Department has published procedures covering digital services supplied by non-resident providers.
